Apple Pie/Cobbler (Old family recipie)
Cut and peel your apples in to small pieces about the size of an inch. I usually just slice them with an apple slicer, and peel them. Place into a 9in baking dish. Pour the water over the apples, and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the apples also. Cut the butter in to small 1/4 inch pieces and place all over the apples so their evenly apart. Proceed to make the crust: Crust Once you are done with the crust pour it over the apples and butter, and place in the oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serving is about 4 and the recipie can be doubled |
