Swedish Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of Italian sausage (i prefer spicy ones to make them hot)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of dried bread crumbs
2 cans of mushroom soup
Egg Noodles or rice
Combine the sausage, ground beef, eggs and bread crumbs. (you can add some seasonings as well, i usually put in some garlic salt) Make meatballs and cook until meat isn’t pink. When the meatballs are done mix the mushroom soup and meatballs. Serve over noodles (or rice).
All American Snack
In large mixing bowl or slow-cooking pot, mix together pretzels, cereals, and peanuts. Sprinkle with garlic salt, celery salt, seasoned salt, and cheese. Pour melted butter over all; toss until well mixed. Cover and cook in slow-cooking pot on low 3 to 4 hours. Uncover the last 30 to 40 minutes. Serve as appetizer or snack.
